1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Dual Camera Go.

Dual Camera Go is a mobile camera application developed and operated by GALAXYWAY AI LTD ("Galaxyway AI", "we", "us" or "our").

The application allows users to capture photographs and videos using compatible mobile-device cameras, including simultaneous front-facing and rear-facing camera recording where supported.

The application may also provide creative features, including picture-in-picture layouts, camera frames, customisable camera shapes, visual effects, filters and other recording enhancements.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dual Camera Go ("the App").

By downloading, installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. ABOUT DUAL CAMERA GO

Dual Camera Go is designed to provide users with a simple and creative way to capture moments using their mobile devices.

Depending on device compatibility and the version installed, the App may provide:

Simultaneous recording using front-facing and rear-facing cameras.
Video recording with audio where enabled.
Photograph capture.
Picture-in-picture recording.
Split-screen and customisable camera layouts.
Different camera-window shapes and sizes.
Decorative camera frames, filters and visual effects.
Portrait and landscape recording.
Local saving of photographs and videos.
Sharing through compatible applications and device sharing features.

Some features may not be available on all devices.

Galaxyway AI does not guarantee that every feature will function identically across all smartphones, operating systems or hardware configurations.

In particular, simultaneous camera recording depends on the technical capabilities of the device.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND RECOMMENDED AGE

Dual Camera Go is a general-purpose camera application intended for a broad audience.

Recommended age: 13 years and above.

Users under 18 are encouraged to use the App with appropriate parental or guardian guidance.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether the App is suitable for younger children under their supervision, subject to applicable laws and app-store requirements.

The App is not specifically designed or marketed towards children under 13.

Parents and guardians should educate younger users about:

Respecting other people's privacy.
Obtaining permission before recording where appropriate.
Avoiding the recording or sharing of inappropriate content.
Understanding the consequences of publishing images or videos online.
Protecting personal information and sensitive material.

Galaxyway AI does not provide a social networking platform or user-to-user communication service within the App's core recording functionality.

4. PERMISSION TO USE THE APP

Galaxyway AI grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install and use Dual Camera Go for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

Users may use the App for activities including:

Personal photography and videography.
Content creation.
Gaming and reaction videos.
Vlogging and social media content.
Educational recordings.
Interviews.
Business presentations.
Entertainment and creative projects.

The licence does not transfer ownership of the App, its software, branding or proprietary features.

Users must not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit the App's underlying software except where expressly permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source licence.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RECORDINGS

You are responsible for the photographs, videos and audio recordings you create using Dual Camera Go.

Galaxyway AI provides recording tools but does not direct, supervise, approve or control the content users choose to capture.

Before recording, users must ensure that their activities comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others.

This includes respecting:

Privacy and data-protection rights.
Applicable recording and surveillance laws.
Copyright and intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality obligations.
Child protection laws.
Public safety requirements.
Applicable laws concerning harassment and abuse.

Users are responsible for obtaining any consent, authorisation or permission required for their recordings.

The fact that the App technically allows recording does not mean that a particular recording is legally permitted.

6. PROHIBITED AND UNLAWFUL USE

Dual Camera Go must not be used for unlawful, harmful, abusive or exploitative activities.

Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

6.1 Unlawful surveillance

Using the App to secretly record, monitor or spy on individuals in circumstances where doing so violates applicable law or their legal rights.

6.2 Harassment and intimidation

Creating recordings for unlawful harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, blackmail or abuse.

6.3 Invasion of privacy

Recording people in situations where they have legally protected expectations of privacy, without lawful justification or required permission.

6.4 Exploitation of children

Creating, possessing, distributing or facilitating child sexual abuse material or any other unlawful material involving children.

Such activity is strictly prohibited.

6.5 Non-consensual intimate recordings

Creating or distributing intimate images or videos without lawful authority or consent where required by law.

6.6 Copyright infringement

Recording, reproducing or distributing copyrighted content, including films, television programmes, music, games and other protected material, without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

6.7 Fraud and impersonation

Using recordings or manipulated media to deceive, defraud, impersonate or unlawfully misrepresent another person.

6.8 Illegal or dangerous activities

Using the App in connection with unlawful conduct or in a manner that endangers the user or others.

6.9 Unlawful distribution

Publishing or distributing recordings that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

6.10 Interference with the App

Attempting to introduce malicious code, circumvent security controls or interfere with the App's intended operation.

Galaxyway AI does not endorse unlawful or abusive activities involving the App.

Where appropriate and legally required, we may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Because recordings are stored locally, we ordinarily cannot inspect or retrieve them.

7. PRIVACY AND CONSENT WHEN RECORDING

Users must respect the privacy and dignity of others.

Before recording individuals, users should consider whether consent, notification or another lawful basis is required.

Different countries and jurisdictions have different rules concerning:

Video recording.
Audio recording.
Recording private conversations.
Recording children.
Recording in public or private places.
Commercial photography.
Publishing or distributing identifiable images.

Users are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to their activities.

Where consent is legally required, users must obtain it before recording.

8. RECORDING AND PROTECTING CHILDREN

Users must not use the App to exploit, endanger, harass or unlawfully record children.

Users should exercise particular care before publishing recordings that reveal a child's:

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's recording and sharing activities.

Galaxyway AI does not independently monitor locally stored recordings.

9. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users retain ownership of the original photographs, videos and other content they create, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

Galaxyway AI does not claim ownership of user-created recordings.

However, users must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

The use of Dual Camera Go does not grant permission to reproduce or distribute material protected by copyright.

This may include:

Commercial music.
Movies and television programmes.
Video game footage.
Copyrighted photographs.
Protected broadcasts.
Third-party logos and artwork.

Users are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or relying on a lawful copyright exception where applicable.

App ownership

The Dual Camera Go name, application software, graphical interface, original artwork, proprietary effects, logos and related intellectual property belong to Galaxyway AI or its licensors.

The inclusion of creative frames or effects in the App does not transfer ownership of those assets to users.

Users may incorporate provided creative effects into recordings made through the App for lawful personal or commercial use, subject to any clearly identified third-party restrictions.

10. OWNERSHIP AND STORAGE OF USER CONTENT

Dual Camera Go is designed to process recordings locally on the user's mobile device.

Photographs and videos created using the App are saved to the device's available storage or media library.

Galaxyway AI does not operate a cloud media-storage service for these recordings.

We do not automatically receive copies of the photographs or videos users create.

We do not have routine access to users' locally saved recordings.

We do not monitor, review or moderate locally stored recordings.

Users remain responsible for managing, securing, backing up and deleting their recordings.

Galaxyway AI cannot retrieve recordings that are lost, deleted or damaged where no copy has been provided to us.

11. SHARING CONTENT WITH THIRD PARTIES

Dual Camera Go may allow users to share photographs and videos using their device's sharing functionality.

Users may choose to share recordings through services such as messaging applications, social media platforms, email or cloud-storage services.

Any such sharing is initiated and controlled by the user.

Once content is transferred to another application or service, its handling may be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policies.

Galaxyway AI is not responsible for the independent collection, storage, distribution or use of content by those third-party services.

Users should review the privacy settings and terms of any platform before sharing recordings.

We cannot guarantee the removal of content from third-party platforms after it has been uploaded or distributed.

12. CAMERA, MICROPHONE AND DEVICE PERMISSIONS

Dual Camera Go requires access to certain device functions to provide recording features.

Depending on the operating system and features used, these may include:

Camera Access: To capture photographs and videos.

Microphone Access: To record audio when the user enables audio recording.

Photo Library or Media Access: To save recordings or access media where supported and authorised.

Users can manage permissions through their device settings.

13. RECORDING PERFORMANCE AND DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Battery level.
Device temperature.
Background applications.

Simultaneous camera recording can require substantial device resources.

Some devices may not support simultaneous front-facing and rear-facing camera capture.

Where technical limitations exist, particular features may be unavailable or operate with reduced performance.

Users should ensure that sufficient device storage is available before beginning important recordings.

14. RECORDING FAILURES AND DATA LOSS

We aim to provide a reliable recording experience.

However, recording operations may occasionally fail due to technical issues.

Possible causes include:

Insufficient device storage.
Hardware limitations.
Operating system interruptions.
Unexpected application closure.
Device overheating.
Battery failure.
Software errors.
Permission restrictions.

Users are encouraged to verify that recordings have been saved successfully.

For important events, users should consider making appropriate backup arrangements.

Galaxyway AI is not responsible for recording failures or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any legal rights or remedies users may have where the App is faulty or Galaxyway AI is legally responsible.

15. SAFE USE OF THE APP

Users must operate Dual Camera Go safely.

The App should not be used in a manner that creates unreasonable risks to personal safety or public safety.

In particular:

Do not operate the App while driving where doing so is unsafe or unlawful.
Do not use the App in hazardous environments without appropriate precautions.
Do not allow recording activities to distract from activities requiring attention.
Do not endanger other people to obtain photographs or videos.
Do not ignore applicable rules concerning recording in restricted locations.

Users are responsible for exercising reasonable care when operating their devices.

16. NO USER ACCOUNTS OR CLOUD MEDIA STORAGE

Dual Camera Go's core recording functionality is designed to operate without requiring account registration.

Users do not need to create a Galaxyway AI account to capture photographs and videos.

The App does not provide a Galaxyway AI cloud library for storing users' recordings.

Local recordings remain under the user's control.

Operating-system backups or cloud-sync services separately enabled by users are governed by their respective providers.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Dual Camera Go may be distributed through third-party application marketplaces, including:

Google Play.
Apple App Store.

Those platforms operate independently and have their own terms, policies and technical requirements.

Users may also share content through independently operated applications.

Galaxyway AI does not control third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms replaces applicable marketplace terms or reduces users' statutory rights.

18. SOFTWARE UPDATES AND CHANGES

Galaxyway AI may release updates to:

Improve performance.
Fix software defects.
Improve device compatibility.
Introduce new camera features.
Add creative effects.
Address security vulnerabilities.
Maintain compliance with applicable laws or marketplace requirements.

Certain updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility or security.

Users are encouraged to keep the App updated.

Where legally required, we will provide appropriate information concerning material changes.

We may modify or discontinue features, subject to applicable legal obligations and consumer rights.

19. AVAILABILITY OF THE APP

We aim to maintain the availability and functionality of Dual Camera Go.

However, we cannot guarantee that the App will operate without interruption or that all features will be available on every device.

App availability may be affected by:

Technical maintenance.
Operating system changes.
Device incompatibility.
Marketplace restrictions.
Legal requirements.
Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to address problems within our responsibility.

20. DISCLAIMERS

Dual Camera Go is a general-purpose photography and video-recording application.

It is not designed or certified as:

A professional security surveillance system.
An emergency recording service.
A guaranteed evidence-preservation system.
A professional broadcast recording solution.
A certified legal or forensic recording device.

Users should not rely exclusively on the App for safety-critical recording or evidence preservation.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device.

These disclaimers do not exclude any warranties, rights or remedies that applicable law requires us to provide.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Galaxyway AI aims to provide the App with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We are not generally responsible for unlawful recordings, unauthorised disclosures or other wrongful conduct independently undertaken by users.

We are also not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing excludes or restricts liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Breach of consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Where the App is supplied to consumers, their statutory rights remain fully applicable.

22. MISUSE AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Users must comply with all applicable laws when using the App.

Galaxyway AI does not authorise or endorse unlawful recording activities.

Where we become aware of credible allegations concerning misuse, we may take reasonable steps available to us, including responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.

Because the App operates primarily as a local recording tool without user accounts or developer-hosted media storage, our ability to investigate or intervene in individual recordings is limited.

We do not have general access to users' recording libraries.

23. TERMINATION OF USE

Users may stop using Dual Camera Go at any time by uninstalling the App.

Uninstalling the App does not necessarily delete photographs and videos already saved to the device's media library.

Users should delete saved recordings separately where appropriate.

Galaxyway AI may discontinue distribution or support for the App in accordance with applicable laws and marketplace rules.

Any termination or discontinuation will not affect rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Galaxyway AI may update these Terms to reflect:

Changes to the App.
New features.
Legal requirements.
Security considerations.
Operational changes.

The latest version will be made available through an accessible location identified within the App or its official support information.

Where required by law, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.

Continued use following a valid update may constitute acceptance where legally appropriate.

25. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the user's country of residence.

Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, without restricting any legal right consumers may have to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.

26. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

An invalid provision will not automatically invalidate the remainder of these Terms.
